I’m Giselle Richards, a 'South Atlantic' gal born on St Helena Island, who creates jewellery & artisan products that connect me with people like yourself from all around the world.

I have a fantastic team on St Helena (where G-Unique Designs was established in 2010).  This crafty team are trained in a range of jewellery-making skills and would love to help you find that special something at the G-Unique Boutique.

Meanwhile, I’m currently a one-woman band here on Ascension Island growing G-Unique Designs (ASI), after spending 2 years working on the Falkland Islands accompanying my partner and family where G-Unique (FI) was created. I'm also a Mum of 2 boys who enjoys raising my kids in the freedom of the South Atlantic.

As you can see, I’m particularly enamoured with the South Atlantic Islands. I believe they really are out-of-the-ordinary and fascinating. Which is why I aim to create jewellery and gifts that reflect this.

Joy, Colour & Positivity

I find it hard to stay inside the 'traditional' box, making only one type of jewellery, so instead I allow my creativity the freedom to craft things that bring me joy, colour and positivity.  Therefore, at G-Unique you will find a range of jewellery and gift choices for whoever will be on the receiving end...including yourself!

• dichroic fused glass jewellery to bring ‘the fascination factor’ with its vibrant changing colours that have been fused in my kiln,

• crystal jewellery & products to help you to connect with positive/ healing energies,

• the fine silver collection for those who appreciate ‘wearable art’ with ‘slow-made’ detailed designs which have also been fused in my kiln, using recycled silver in the form of metal clay...my absolute favourite material to work with.

I can't believe it's been 13 years (2010) since I established G-Unique Designs, and I am extremely grateful that it has allowed me the freedom and flexibility to start a family, travel and accompany my family as we traverse across 3 South Atlantic Islands, whilst still providing the opportunity to be creative and connect with people like you.
