The images you will see aim to show each product as accurately as possible. Each item is designed & crafted on St Helena and therefore unique, but we have tried to provide as much information as possible regarding its description and size.

Whilst G-Unique products are designed & crafted on St Helena Island; it is distributed via a third party based in the United Kingdom. This is done in an effort to speed up postage times as St Helena Island has a very infrequent postage service. Therefore, our products are sent out using the UK postal service.
Delivery options available:
UK Delivery Royal Mail
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
Standard Delivery - a proof of postage is retained
International Tracked & Signed - a tracking number will be issued
We aim to post items out within 5 working days of receiving payment, unless specified otherwise in the item description.
Payment is by Paypal who accept most debit/credit cards.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique location of St Helena Island & it's infrequent postal service we are currently unable to accept returns, unless goods are found to be damaged or faulty. Normal wear or accidental breakage by the customer is not covered by our return policy. Any items tarnished or discoloured from chemicals (hairspray, perfume, etc.) are not covered by our return policy.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us prior to mailing the item through the Contact Us web form, within the 14 days after receiving the item, and receive specific mailing instructions (Depending on the item being returned, a package sent incorrectly may be held by customs, a possibility we always try to avoid).
Mail the returned item in protective packaging to ensure safe return shipment.
Once received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Should the customer elect to exchange the item for another item of a different price, an additional charge or a partial refund will be applied.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of your return.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Items sent back to G-Unique Designs without contacting us prior to mailing will be refused return and will not be refunded.
Items must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after receipt by the customer. After 14 days, return will be refused.
Items must be sent back in protective packing materials, including all original documents and tags.
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
The refunded sum will be the total amount paid, minus shipping fees of the returned item cost.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
